    WARRANTIES

    • Are taxes included in my ticket price?

      HelloFly ticket prices include government taxes and airport fees, offering an all-inclusive service allows us to guarantee you security and efficiency.

    • Are there any costs to cancel my booking and refund it?

      Please check the cancellation policy of your ticket as each fare has restrictions. Contact us for more information about your booking.

    • Can I change a name for a reservation?

      You can change the name on a booking up to 24 hours before departure during our customer service office hours, a surcharge of €35 will be applied to cover management costs. Contact our customer service at: booking@hellofly.it or at 39 0923 187 5500.

    • Until when can I book my flight?

      You can book your flight up to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. You can do it through the website or through our customer service.

    • What payment methods can I use for my booking?

      Credit Cards, Checks, Virtual Currency etc… We can accept: Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard.

    • If I make a mistake on my ticket, can I change it?

      We are a friendly airline and understand that mistakes like this can happen. If you make a mistake on your ticket it will be possible to resolve it by contacting our customer service: booking@hellofly.it

    • Is there a fee to book my ticket online?

      There are no costs for using online services. You can also book your ticket through customer service: booking@hellofly.it

    • What happens if my flight is cancelled due to bad weather?

      Occasionally, due to adverse weather conditions, it may happen that we are unable to guarantee a safe flight, in such circumstances we will try as soon as possible, faithfully adhering to flight safety regulations. to offer the service, but we recommend all our guests to take out travel insurance to cover them for delays and cancellations due to bad weather.

    AT THE AIRPORT

    • Can I bring animals on board?

      When purchasing your flight, you can add the transportation of an animal to your booking. Each passenger can only bring one pet with them and only 2 pets are allowed on each flight. Only dogs and cats are allowed. You must travel with a passport issued by a veterinarian certifying the validity of the rabies vaccination (from 30 days to 12 months before the flight). Your pet must fly in an approved non-rigid carrier (max. 45x39x21 cm and 8 kg including the animal). During the flight, it will rest on the floor of the plane, between your legs or under your seat. You can carry food for your pet in your hand luggage. You will not be able to take it out of the carrier until it disembarks from the plane. Important. Under no circumstances will it be possible to transport animals in the hold of the plane. Assistance dogs and guide dogs Travelling with a pet is not the same as travelling with an assistance or guide dog. The latter are not permitted on our flights.

    • Can I bring a bottle of medical oxygen or other necessary medical items on board?

      HelloFly flights can carry collapsible wheelchairs for partially ambulatory patients and other essential items such as medical oxygen (on prescription). Please contact our customer service who will be happy to assist you.

    • Can I bring strollers for my children?

      A small foldable stroller is acceptable for transportation in addition to your regular luggage. There will be no charge for this. Baby equipment (e.g. car seat, carrycot, infant carrier, etc.) may be purchased.

    • Can I carry electronic equipment in my carry-on baggage?

      Tablets, PCs, and some electronic devices are permitted, but must be in flight mode to avoid affecting the aircraft's navigation and communication systems.

    • Can I include essential medications in my carry-on luggage?

      YES. Essential medications in liquid form (prescription or over-the-counter) can be carried in your hand luggage. However, passengers may be required to demonstrate that the medication is for a single journey and is required during the flight. Non-liquid medications can be carried in your hand luggage as normal, provided they fit into a bag no larger than 55cm x 40cm x 20cm.

    • Can I put my camera/laptop in my checked baggage?

      HelloFly will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to these valuable/fragile items. Laptops and cameras must always be carried as carry-on baggage and not checked in on the aircraft.

    • Is travel insurance mandatory for my baggage?

      HelloFly leaves full discretion to its passengers, however recommends taking out travel insurance for all baggage carried with privately purchased insurance.

    • Special assistance

      Through the Hello Fly website it is possible to book a series of special services. The following special airport assistance options can be booked: WCHR – Passenger with a wheelchair requiring assistance (departure and arrival) at the airport up to the boarding gate WCHC – Passenger with a wheelchair requiring assistance for departure, arrival, passage through the airport area, boarding, disembarking and accompaniment to the aircraft WCHS – Passenger with a wheelchair requiring assistance: on departure, arrival, in transit in the airport area, as well as during boarding/disembarking from the aircraft stairs Deaf passenger requiring safety information provided separately on board the aircraft Blind or partially sighted passenger requiring assistance Passenger with an intellectual or developmental disability requiring assistance (departure and arrival) at the airport and at the boarding gate Passenger travelling with a guide/assistance dog who requires (on departure and arrival) a person to assist him through the airport up to the boarding gate seat on the plane.     • Transport of minors

      HelloFly accepts the flight of unaccompanied minors for which a comprehensive declaration of trust is presented by at least one of the parents of the child/young person. Passengers without such documentation will not be accepted even if in the presence of a Presumo who is not the parent of the aforementioned.     • What does my ticket include?

      Your ticket includes a carry-on bag weighing 8 kg, measuring 55x40x20 cm, and a handbag or small purse or laptop bag.

    • Can I purchase checked baggage?

      It is possible to purchase a hold bag with dimensions 81x119x119 of 15 kg or 20 kg through our website or by adding it later by calling our call center or by sending an e-mail to booking@hellofly.it.

    • What happens if my checked baggage weighs more than 15kg or 20kg?

      You can pay for the excess kilos when checking in at the airport. Your baggage cannot exceed the maximum weight of 32 kg.

    • What can I do if I need to transport sports equipment?

      It is possible to purchase a sports equipment bag on the website during the purchase of the ticket or by contacting us on our call center number or by sending us an email to booking@hellofly.it.
